Fathema Saifudeen is pursuing a Master’s in Early Childhood Educational Psychology at California State University Northridge. She holds a Certificate in Early Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BS in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University. Ms. Fathema began her career in early childhood education in 2019 and has worked in various roles, including Behavioral Specialist and Associate Teacher. She joined the WHPS team in 2024. Ms. Fathema is dedicated to supporting children’s developmental and educational needs through personalized care and effective intervention strategies, with a commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
