When you are ready to apply, please follow the process below.
Elementary Admissions Process
Step 1: Apply
Submit your application to Admissions@WHPSchool.com.
New Student Application – For children not currently enrolled in WHPS Preschool
Current Student Application– For children already in WHPS Preschool
📩 Once we process your application, you will receive an email from 1Core (our family management system) to set up your account and submit the Application Fee.
Step 2: Submit Teacher/Director Evaluation
Complete the top portion of the Teacher/Director Evaluation Form and submit it to your child’s current school.
📩 Your child’s school will send the form directly to Admissions@WHPSchool.com or by mail.
⏳ Late or missing forms may delay acceptance or result in waitlist placement.
Step 3: Family Interview & Student Assessment
📅 New Students – The admissions team will contact you to schedule an interview & student assessment.
🏫 Current WHPS Preschool Students – The assessment will take place during the school day. The admissions team will reach out if needed.
Step 4: Admissions Decision & Enrollment
Families will be notified of admissions decisions via email.
📌 To secure your child’s space, you must complete:
Annual Enrollment Contract
Non-Refundable Registration Fee (based on the tuition plan selected):
Annual Tuition Plan – 10% of tuition due upon registration
Monthly Tuition Plan – 1st installment due upon registration
