Dairyn Diaz is an experienced childcare professional who has been working in the field since 2015. She began her career as a teacher at STEP BY STEP INC, working with children aged 0-5, eventually becoming a manager. Ms. Dairyn has earned certifications in areas such as Observation for Desired Results, Developmental Profile (DRDP), an assessment tool used by teachers to evaluate a child's learning and development., specialized infant/toddler training, and social-emotional development, showcasing her expertise in child development and empowerment. She joined the WHPS team in 2024.
Mission Statement
My mission as a teacher is to provide a safe, caring, nurturing, and engaging environment that effectively supports the children’s individual needs. I aim to help guide the children to develop self-control by learning to manage their bodies and emotions and help them in their future. “All children accomplish milestones in their own way, in their own time.“
