Elementary Admissions Process

Step 1: Apply
Submit your application to Admissions@WHPSchool.com.

• New Student Application (children not already enrolled in Preschool at Woodland Hills Private School)

• Current Student Application (children already enrolled in Preschool at Woodland Hills Private School)

• You will receive an email from 1Core, our family management system, to set up your account and submit the Application Fee.

Step 2: Submit Teacher/Director Evaluation
Download and fill out the top portion of the Teacher/Director Evaluation form and submit it to your child’s current school/teacher.

• For Students Entering TK or Kindergarten

• For Students Entering 1st - 5th grade

Your child’s school will return the form directly to WHPS via email to Admissions@WHPSchool.com, fax to (818) 340-4903, or by mail. Missing or late forms may result in delayed acceptance or waitlist.

Step 3: Family Interview & Student Assessment

• New Students (not already in preschool at WHPS) - The admissions team will contact you to schedule a prospective family interview and student assessment.

• Current Students (already in preschool at WHPS) - Your child's assessment will take place during the normal school day, and the admissions team may contact you with any questions.
  

Step 4: Admissions Decisions
The admissions team will inform families of the admissions decision via email. If your child is accepted into Woodland Hills Private School, you will be able to register through the 1Core family management system.

In order to secure your child’s space, you will submit the following:

1. Annual Enrollment Contract

2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee (based on the tuition payment plan you select):

   • Annual Tuition Payment Plan - 10% of Annual Tuition is required and due upon registration.

   • Monthly Tuition Payment Plan - 1st Installment of Monthly Tuition is required and due upon registration.
