Two Campuses. One WHPS Community.
WHPS serves children from 18 months through fifth grade across two nearby Woodland Hills campuses. Each has its own character, while sharing the same approach to childhood: know children well, challenge them appropriately, and create a place where they are genuinely happy to spend their days.
Five Acres for Learning, Exploration, and Childhood.
Our Oxnard campus brings Elementary and Preschool together across five acres of classrooms, gardens, athletic spaces, outdoor learning areas, and our on-campus Science & Nature Center, giving children extraordinary room to learn, move, create, and explore.
Children can begin here at 18 months and continue through fifth grade, growing into new spaces, experiences, relationships, and expectations as they move through WHPS.
A Teaching Zoo
More than 80 animals make our Science & Nature Center a living part of the curriculum.

Fields, courts, gardens, outdoor learning spaces, our 500-year-old oak tree, and a historic ranch building listed on the California Register of Historical Resources give children a campus with layers of history and plenty of room to explore.
Spaces to Create & Discover
Maker and art studios, library, Story Room, technology and robotics spaces, a Performance Pavilion, and two in-ground pools used during summer.
18 Months–5th Grade
Elementary School, Preschool, and our Toddler Program are all on one campus, with many different spaces to explore.
An Intimate Preschool Campus Built Around Outdoor Childhood.
Collins feels like a small neighborhood school, with classrooms gathered around inviting outdoor spaces and a community where children, teachers, and families quickly come to know one another.
The campus was made for young children. There is room to move, imagine, explore nature, build friendships, get messy, and follow the kinds of questions that can turn an ordinary morning into something much bigger.
Forest, Mini-Ranch & Garden
A forest, mini-ranch, and vegetable garden invite exploration, imaginative play, observation, and discovery.
Made for Outdoor Childhood
Play spaces, gathering areas, a performance space, and an in-ground pool used during summer.
A Close-Knit Community
An intimate campus where young children and their families quickly become known.
18 Months–Age 5
Preschool and Toddler programs begin at 18 months and grow with children through the preschool years.
The Best Way to Understand a Campus Is to Spend Time There.
Walk the grounds, meet the people, see children at work and play, and get a feel for everyday life at WHPS.
