Our Toddler program is designed to promote an environment for all developmental skills. The Toddler program is for children 18-30 months, and has a toddler to teacher ratio of 12 toddlers to 2 teachers (maximum). The program is designed to offer creative outlets for all the energy and excitement packed into the life of a toddler. Group time, arts, story time and a playground equipped with all the things a toddler loves, helps give them the stimulation they need to develop and grow into a healthy and happy child.
The teachers of our toddler program are warm and caring, enabling each child to successfully transition into a daily routine, and giving each child the nurturing attention he/she needs. Separation from the home/day care environment is a key factor during your child’s first few weeks of school. Our well-trained staff helps to make this transition easy for children with lots of one-on-one time and loads of TLC.
Exploring books, being read to, listening to stories, and learning songs and rhymes set toddlers on a path to literacy. When ready, “potty training” is incorporated into the child’s daily routine with a relaxed attitude, enabling each child the opportunity to progress at his/her own rate of development.
We want our toddlers to thrive in a place where they feel secure, express their drive to learn and build their confidence. We introduce new skills and concepts, as well as songs, finger plays and art, giving them the foundation they need as they continue to the next stage of development.
