Optional extra curricular activities, in which many of the students participate, also take place at W.H.P.S. They include once a week enrichment classes in dance, gymnastics, art, drama, martial arts, yoga, etiquette, chess, cooking and science. Individual after school tutoring programs are available. W.H.P.S. also sponsors Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops, and a Youth Leadership program.
